Drop spurious dependencies on the McParticleEvent package

John Derek Chapman requested to merge jchapman/athena:SpuriousDependencies_main into main

G4AtlasTests and CaloCalibHitRec both have unnecessary dependencies on the McParticleEvent package. These can be dropped with no effect on functionality.
