HI MC menu cleaning
This is cleaning the HI MC menu from unnecessary items. The !74737 (merged) moved the legacy items from Physics to MC menu, but this does not solve the issue seen in !74710 (closed), meaning the too high numbers of items is L1 HI MC menu. (I think the next pipeline for !74710 (closed) will still be red...) Eleven items are removed.
