Remove chain that has been removed from menu

the HLT_j75.......... chain has been removed from the menu, so we will no longer schedule this in the ID Trigger validation.

NOTE: this is a trivial change that is in code that is not tested as part of the CI tests, so only the build test would be relevant. If only there was a way to run ONLT the build tests and not waste time on CI tests which run athena but which do not even run this code.
