update MC-MC map and remove Xbb from BTaggingEfficiencyTool

• update the MC-MC generator map for the GN2v01 CDI which is coming soon. (see the talk https://indico.cern.ch/event/1463069/#2-cdi-approval )
• remove Xbb from BTaggingEfficiencyTool (which is not working actually) as we will use BTaggingEfficiencyJsonTool.

Hi @bdong and @dguest , could you take a look at the changes before I mark it ready? The only concern is about run3 Sherpa2.2.14 sample since the dsid is changed from 700660 to 700808 to match the forthcoming CDI. But I don't think it is a big problem for the users (otherwise we have to implement a mechanism to match mc-mc map and CDI version). Thanks!
