update the MC-MC generator map for the GN2v01 CDI which is coming soon. (see the talk https://indico.cern.ch/event/1463069/#2-cdi-approval )
remove Xbb from BTaggingEfficiencyTool (which is not working actually) as we will use BTaggingEfficiencyJsonTool.
