Configure Argon ToTCorrections for TRT_DriftFunctionTool
Follow up to bug fix !74861 (merged) by configuring the ToTCorrections for Argon as originally intended. Full impact will be assessed through ART tests in main for now. Integration in 24.0 to be discussed later based on those results.
