Update RecExRecoTest and RecJobTransformTests

This is MR 2 of 3 towards updating Reconstruction CI test. 1 of 3 updated Test defaults (!74922 (merged)), while 3 of 3 will update domain-specific tests (!74456 (merged))

  • Updated and unify formatting of test scripts within RecExRecoTest and RecJobTransformTests
  • Retrieve test files via TestDefaults.py
