Remove potential error in FTAG configuration

The previous configuration would do something pretty unexpected if we tagged large-R jets alongside other jet collections. This makes it harder to screw this up.

I'm also removing some code that adds components which are already added elsewhere.

Shouldn't change any outputs unless we're already screwing something up pretty badly.
