update MMC property to save Llh histos for debugging purpose

This MR is defyning a new property in the MissingMassCalculator (MMC) tool to enable saving the llh histograms for debugging purpose.

Default is false, i.e not saving additional debugging histogrrams, since this will slow down MMC calculation
