Fixes to ZdcNtuple for injected pulse, plus minor fixes to ZdcRecConfig.py and monitoring

These changes improve our ability to process the ZDCInjCalib stream

  • Added injected pulse magnitude to allow processing ZDCInjCalib data
  • Removed message about pulser voltage in monitoring (demoted to DEBUG)
  • Consolidated ZdcRecConfig into one file again (removing SetConfigFromFlags.py)
