Restoring TruthMetaData in HIGG1D1 derivation

Identically to !63100 (merged), a side effect of !61980 (merged) is the requirement to explicitly list the metadata categories for each output stream. This wasn't done for truth metadata for HIGG1D1.

This is needed to make TruthWeightTool (aka HiggsWeightTool) work properly on H125 samples
