CaloClusterCorrection: Be sure auxiliary variables get defined.

Scott Snyder requested to merge ssnyder/athena:auxvar.CaloClusterCorrection-20241031 into 24.0

Make sure that the auxiliary variable corresponding to the bad cell list gets defined during initialize().

Otherwise, if the first event has no clusters, we may get warnings from AuxSelection that the variable is not known.
