TRTCalib - Precision T0 file

Sergi Rodriguez Bosca requested to merge serodrig/athena:3Nov2024 into 24.0

This MR is meant to redirect the output to std::cout of the "Unable to open precision t0 file" message. This file is not used in the online calibration.

Since the message was printed in std:err, the online calibration steering was broken.
