Adding the bunch crossing data to SCTAxAOD

This request adds the bunch crossing data (e.g., the distance from the 1st BCID) to SCTAxAOD(DAOD_SCTVALID). It will be used to evaluate the hit efficiency on the SCT with the 1st BCID. tag: @csebasti, @janders
