Update of the HI Jet Trigger han config file

Dear all, I am pushing this MR as a response to the several tickets: ATR-30098 and ATR-30477. This updated han config file for the HI Jet Trigger Monitoring provides the last fix to the Web Displays (previous was here !75707 (merged)), because there were still some missing webdisplays. You can check the last iteration of the Webdisplays. Previous version was also failing in 6/25 ctest, this is now failing only in 1 (I was not able to track down the origin), but it does not affect running and the outputs.
