TrigValidation: grid tests should request art-athena-mt: 8

Hello,

A number of ART grid tests in TrigAnalysisTest, TrigP1Test and TriggerTest book 4 cores in panda, which is a bit unusual. They now require 8 cores. However, certain steps running offline monitoring don't utilise 8 threads, on purpose, because of the inverse scaling of the performance with the number of threads (ATR-29610).
