Rediuce memory requirements for ART tests

Tommaso Lari requested to merge tlari/athena:artmem1612 into 24.0

Some ISF_Validation ART tests were running because no grid site matched the request of 6999 MB/core. This merge request reduce the memory requirement to 5999 which should be ok (other tests are running with this requirement).
