Fixes for VGammaORTool
Use the TruthElectron and TruthMuon collections instead of the BornLepton collection. The tool is intended to use final state particles, and therefore requires that the input particles be stable, a condition that truth leptons from the BornLepton collection fail. Additionally, remove the unused truth collection name property.
