Update BPHY26

Yuxuan Zhang requested to merge yuxuanz/athena:21.2 into 21.2

Revise the derivation format BPHY26.

We

  • incerased track pT threshold to reduce the size of the DAOD that will be generated
  • expand the W mass window for the possible discovery of new physics at higher energies
  • add variables related to muon isolation working point, preparing for our subsequent use of muon isolation to distinguish signal and background
