CP algorithms: Improve muon selection configuration

Improve CP algorithms muon selection configuration:

  • Rename qualitySelectionOutput to addSelectionToPreselection as this naming makes more sense.
  • Do not store selection branches as bits as we currently have no useful use for it but it prevents people from writing out the branch directly in a useful form.
