Adjust IPDVM sigma range in xml

The IDPVM sigma plots correspond to the uncertainties on the track parameters estimated from the track covariance matrix. As such, they can only be positive. The range of the corresponding TProfile plots is adjusted accordingly, also using as max the same parameters as what's used in the TH1 plots.
