ThinGeantTruthAlg: ensure that the products quasi-stable particle interactions are kept

John Derek Chapman requested to merge jchapman/athena:FixThinGeant4TruthAlg_24.0 into 24.0

Any "simulation particles" with a parent with status==2 were produced via the interaction of a quasi-stable particle with the detector material. Such particles should be kept.

The chance of this happening is fairly rare, so it turns out that the CI output is unaffected.

In my local tests it fixes the issues observed in ATLPHYSVAL-1154.

It should be noted that the ThinGeantTruthAlg, has undergone significant changes in main, so this chance will most likely need to be manually swept.
