Migrating HIGG1D2 derivation format

The HIGG1D2 format is needed to train merged electron identification algorithms and calibrate them, in particular for the H->yy* analysis. This MR migrates the format from R21 to R25. This was discussed at a recent AMG/DAOD meeting: https://indico.cern.ch/event/1505209/#18-higg1d2-in-rel22
