ALinePar - Streamline permutations with AMDB
The muon alignment constants are applied in a local frame where, the X-axis points opposite to the global z-axis, the local z-axis is parallel to the radial axis of the sector. The alignment corrections are then applied via Translation x RotX x RotY x RotZ . That's usually the case, but the local coordinate convention of the NSW volumes breaks of course with this iron convention and the order of the roations need to be swapped cycliclly.
This MR kind of fixes the conventions again such that the ALinePar is returning the transformations in the correct order and we're just rotating the coordiante frame of the NSW when aplpying the proper A-lines. And just because, it's the NSW this is introducing numerical changes in the Frozen Tier-0 test. The comparison on 130k muons is currently running and will be posted later.
