Found bug in D3PDMaker/CaloD3PDObject and CaloCellFilterAlgCfg.py

I am using the RunESDtoD3PD.py script (https://gitlab.cern.ch/lbozianu/mc_21_esdtod3pd/-/blob/master/RunESDtoD3PD.py) to convert ESD files to D3PD format. Using the SelCaloCellD3PDObject to filter cell data caused a set of errors. I simply compared the already written functions in TileCellFilterAlgCfg.py and made a few changes in D3PDMaker; and now the script runs successfully.
