Draft: Fix missing low pt muion chains

Fix missing low pt muion chains

Even after adding the check that the requested chains are in the menu, the jobs failed because some of the low pt muon chains have been removed from the physics menu and are now only in Dev, so all the jobs requestiong the muon low pt chains were failing.

I have had enough with this now, if this doesn;t work, I will no longer fix this as I have other things to do
