SimCoreTests: update test_AtlasG4_ZDCSimTest to use ATLAS-R2-2016-01-03-00

Prior to !77662 (merged), the ZDC geometry was generated by hard coded numbers in the ZDC_DetTool, without regard for the contents of the geometry tag. Now, the geometry comes from the GeoDB, so the jobs including the ZDC have to be configured with a geometry tag which includes ZDC in order not to crash. Hence updating this is a Run 2 ZDC simulation test to use the (brand new) geometry tag with the Run 2 ZDC configuration: ATLAS-R2-2016-01-03-00. Should fix ATLASSIM-7428.
