Add LAr, MDT, RPC and TGC to the RDOAnalysis package

Marilena Bandieramonte requested to merge mbandier/athena:mb_fixRDOAnalysis_24 into 24.0

LAr, MDT, RPC and TGC were not enabled in the RDOAnalysis package. This MR adds the corresponding configuration code. The Tile code gives segmentation fault and requires further debugging, so it is left out for the moment.
