Hello,

This MR is fixing LAr HLT settings in the legacy config used in MC23a/d. It targets 23.0.20-patches for a future end-of-Run3 MC23a reprocessing. The original MR (!67904 (merged)) targeted the main branch. The effects of the fix are documented in ATR-28710.
