Updating the file with masked TRT chips from the 2023 heavy-ion run, which was wrong.

Adding a new file with masked TRT chips from the 2024 heavy-ion run.

Hello @prybczyn , if this is for Run3, shouldn't this go to 24.0?

For 2023, this should even go to 23.0 I presume? An alternative could be to put these files in the calibration area, so they can be found regardless of the release. Otherwise the 2023 file would have to be updated in the 23.0 branch for HI MC.

But I added the TRT trigger simulation in 2024, so in 2023 it wasn't there at all.

So it was initially added already to 24.0

Ah ok, sorry I'm not too aware of the HI MC plans. Naively, as 2023 data were recorded with 23.0, one would expect the trigger simulation to run in 23.0, possibly using a patched release branched off of 23.0 as done for pp, or a release built from the 23.0 HEAD.
