adding tag and probe tau chains for g-2 tau trigger SF calculation

Following up from !78160 (merged), this MR is adding e+tau, mu+tau and MET+tau T&P chains with tau50 and tau70 for the SF calculation of the newly added g-2 tau triggers. Changes are only in the DevMenu, since GNTau chains are still not part of the Physics Menu
