Adding InDet tracks and truth jets to the HION3 derivation

In this MR we are adding InDet tracks, new triggers and truth jets to the output of the HION3 Derivation. Setup was tested with Pb+Pb 15 and 18 datasets and pp 2017 according to the data derivation request ATLHI-514. Tagging @kburka as a person responsible for the derivation for the heavy ion group.
