MuonHoughTransformTester - Refactor to test NSW & legacy at same time

• Remove MuonPatternRecognitionTree class & absorb it in HoughTransformTester
• Add number of space points per bucket + true matched ones
• Add number of true matched hits to the segment & seed hit summary
• Add NSW hits to the segment hit summary
