Draft: ATR-30999: implementing boosted ditau trigger chains - Trigger part

Hi All,

This draft MR implements a new trigger catalog named Ditau for boosted ditau_hadhad triggering in HLT.

The implementations are heavily influenced by the bjet triggers:

• 1. The reconstruction starts for events triggered by L1 jet or fat jet.
• 2. Full scan Antikt10 jets are scheduled to seed the ditau reconstruction.
• 3. RoIs are constructed centering these jets.
• 4. Precision tracking and ditau reconstruction are scheduled on these RoIs.
• 5. Schedule MVA inferencing.
• 6. Hypotools and Algo.

This MR depends on !78585 (merged), which implemented the tools required in DiTauRec
