Move g-2 tau chains to the Physics menu

This MR addresses the move of DeepSet chains in ATR-30638 to the Physics menu. We will move the GNTau variants next week once we fully enable the HLT GNTau inference for all Menus.

Build area was cleaned as per request posted in the DB. The full software build will be performed
