Fix definition of TRT extension in IDPVM (sweep to 24.0)

Fix definition of TRT extension. Add new plots for TRT extension fraction for those tracks which have at least one TRT straw hit, i.e. could be done

FYI @piazza we will need to update the fixed IDPVM references both in 24.0 and main in the coming days to take this into account
