Default Branch Rename, main branch (2023.07.05.)

Attila Krasznahorkay requested to merge akraszna/atlasexternals:DefaultBranchRename-main-20230705 into main

Performed "master" -> "main" replacements in the repository. Everywhere except for the CheckerGccPlugins package. For the latter I'd rather ask @ssnyder to make the updates. 😉

Pinging @fwinkl for the flake8 and PyModules updates. (Let's see if I'm right, and the MD files can refer to files in the default branch in the way that I now updated the README... 🤔)
