GeoModel version bumped to 4.5.0
This is a second attempt to switch Athena main to GeoModel 4.5.0. The first one had to be reverted because it failed regression tests in AthSimulation, so we had to run 4.5.0 through PhysVal.
4.5.0 successfully passed the validation. The results can be found in the materials of the Physics Validation weekly meeting on October 26. The only Yellow result was from E/gamma. It was followed up on later with the group conveners who confirmed that the observed differences were acceptable.
@akraszna, similarly to !1041 (merged), when updating atlasexternals tag in the Athena main, please also include in your MR the changes from f28b0403 to avoid compilation problems in the StripGeoModelXml package.
@nstyles @jchapman @jcatmore when we attempt to switch Athena main to GeoModel 4.5.0 we will need to update refs in Run2 and Run3 simulation tests.
