Add Copyright, master branch (2017.08.08.)

Added copyright statements to all source files of the repository. This is in order to prepare it for being opened for reading to the outside world.

Took the opportunity to update the "default version" of AnalysisBaseExternals and AthDerivationExternals at the same time.

No actual code should've been changed in the process.
