Update AnalysisBase externals to match LCG106a

Update AnalysisBase to match LCG106a versions of:

• ROOT 6.32/06
• Remove AnalysisBase related patch of ROOT build (fixed with https://github.com/root-project/root/issues/15178)
• boost 1.86

Keeping in draft status since the source code tarball has not (yet) been copied to EOS.
