Disable building of docs for libffi

Frank Winklmeier requested to merge fwinkl/atlasexternals:libffi into main

Use --disable-docs for libffi to avoid build failures if makeinfo is not available (ATLINFR-5659).

Not entirely clear why this is all of a sudden a problem. Also I cannot reproduce the failure of the Jira ticket even on a machine without makeinfo. But in principle disabling the doc target should help (see https://github.com/libffi/libffi/issues/111).
