HepMCAnalysis FastJet Fix, master branch (2018.03.23.)

Updated the build command to run "make" through atlas_build_run.sh. Since fastjet-config now relies on the runtime environment of the containing project to work correctly.

This was the reason for build failures showing up in !275 (merged), !274 (merged), !272 (closed) and !271 (merged).
