Clang 4.0 Updates, master branch, (2017.04.18.)

In order to make the AnalysisBaseExternals build work with Clang 4.0 (and 3.9) on SLC6, I had to update the Boost build configuration a bit. This should not affect the build when using GCC. Or when using Clang on MacOS X.
