Hi,

This updates yampl to the latest version and removes the patch, which was needed for Ubuntu building. However, Ubuntu compilation appears to be fixed by https://github.com/vitillo/yampl/pull/6: @tsulaia can confirm.

The patching mechanism is somewhat unstable under CMake version changes (see ATLINFR-2651) which is why this came up.
