Fix for git/master in cmakeNightlyInstall.sh

  • The copying of .rpmdb from CVMFS prevented the support for git/master releases in cmakeNightlyInstall.sh Switched the .rpmdb copy off by default and added the optional option -l to enable the .rpmdb copying.
  • Added support for git/master releases in the .rpmdb copying with a temporary hack
