Update master branch to use Geant4 10.4.patch02.atlas01 (ATLASSIM-3908)

John Derek Chapman requested to merge jchapman/atlasexternals:updateToG4Version10.4.2.1 into master

It will be useful to use Geant4 10.4.patch02.atlas01 in order to have the "best possible" version of G4 for MT testing.
