Fix for the usage of mergeFiles.sh in the item-list generation

Fixed a very annoying mistake that was introduced with the recent update of the mergeFiles.sh script. It was littering the source directory with extra files unfortunately.

I only found the mistake in this one place, the other locations seem to reference the binary directory correctly.
