LCG_88 update, 1.0 branch (2017.05.12.)

Attila Krasznahorkay requested to merge akraszna/atlasexternals:LCG_88Update-1.0-20170512 into 1.0

This is to update all projects that depend on LCG to LCG_88.

At the same time I updated AtlasLCG to look for LCG releases under /cvmfs/sft.cern.ch/ by default. (Just as the master branch is doing since a while.)
