Delete acmake.py script

Frank Winklmeier requested to merge fwinkl/atlasexternals:acmake_remove into master

The script has no purpose for git-based releases anymore. But it's a good name that we may want to reuse. So delete it now to avoid name clashes in the future.

At first sight the show_clients feature actually looked useful but in the end it just relies on the atlas_depends_on_subdirs declarations, which are deprecated.
