Add cudapath to ReleaseData, master branch (2020.11.04.)

Added "cudapath" to the generated ReleaseData file of a project. This can then be used by AtlasSetup while setting up the project, to know which exact installation of CUDA was used to build it.

This is to implement what we agreed on in ATLINFR-3601.
