XRootD macOS Fix, master branch (2020.12.08.)

Fixed the XRootD sanitization script for macOS.

Since I've now spent an embarrassing amount of time/effort (!772 (merged), !777 (merged)) trying to get AnalysisBaseExternals to build out of the master branch on macOS, I now spent all morning test-building that project on both Catalina and Big Sur. I believe it should finally work with this one change added...
